I have ordered some custom puff sleeve tshirt. Everything went great, very professional, Rachel answered all my questions. I received my order I was super happy, quality is amazing...but I didn't notice before I sold one, that the circumference of the hole for the head of the Tshirt is tiny...I was contacted by my customers, telling me, they cannot fit the head of their kids. It didn't occurred to me to check that feature before selling them...in fact the size of the hole is 29cms with no stretch to the fabric...so it's impossible to fit the head of a 2 years old...All 3 sizes have the same problem, hole is too small. The head circumference of a new born is for an average baby 35-36cms..so it cannot fit the head of a toddler (2 years old head circumference is 47-48 . I feel really bad and unprofessional for not noticing it before selling it. I cannot fault the fabric of the tshirt, I have 117 left out of 120 order, very hard for a small business like mine..
